Monogrammed "N"

For day 4, Keri Lee Sereika has designed this beautiful set of cards.

I have an Aunt Nancy who loves all of my cards...so much so that when I make her cards to send to her friends she DOESN'T SEND THEM!!! LOL I found a card that I had made for her MONTHS after I had given them to her..she said "Oh I keep one of all of them because I just can't part with them!" So I decided to surprise her with a batch of cards personalized just for her...and decided to make six so she would at least have FIVE to send! LOL

For this card I wanted to keep this simple, classy and detailed...very much like my Aunt. My Aunt is an artist and so she has a beautiful sense of color and design. I felt these colors were ones that she would appreciate as well as actually use. I used the Monogram Self Inking Stamper and the Damask Borders as well as a wing ding from the Trompe Font Set for the envelopes.

The nice thing about the Monogram Self Inking Stamper is that you just "stamp, stamp, stamp" and you are done! :) I stamped a bunch of these then die cut them out and they were ready to be used! I added a bit of interest to my layers by using the Spellbinders Labels One die as well as a swirl from a paperpiercing template to make this note set complete!

And lastly I like to personalize my envelopes! But I decided to turn the Damask Borders on it's side and add a wing ding from the Trompe Font Set to the center to just change things up a bit. Enjoy!

Supplies:
JustRite Stampers: Monogram Self Inking Stamper , Damask Borders, Trompe Font Set
Cardstock: Cranberry Dark, Vanilla Cream, Tawny Medium Prismatics - Prism Papers Patterned Paper: K& Company
Accessories: Ribbon: SU, Dies: Labels One, Classic Scalloped Circle Small - Spellbinders, Paper Crimper : FiskarsPaper Piercing Template: Ornare

Keep us in mind....."When it needs to be JustRite".

I certainly don't blame Aunt Nancy for not parting with any of your cards. They are truly beautiful. And I will bet, that even though you made an extra one for her to send, she will probably keep it too! The stamper is really nice. I must have one sometime. I am on fixed income and it's impossible to get everything I want, but I think I could really enjoy this type of stamper. Thanks for your comments and your designs. Linda Crowder
