Great set. I usually buy my Christmas stamps in July and start making them in August. Thanks for a chance.

I used to buy them in the fall and make about 80-85 cards. The last couple of years I just sent photo cards. I have to say, it didn't feel right! I think I may simplify my list and go back to making them this year!!!

Oh, I love this set! I usually start buying Christmas stamps at least 3-4 months in advance, but will buy them sooner if I find a set I really love. I'm not sure how many cards I'll make this year, but it will be at least 5 for the most important people in my life!

I buy Christmas stamps whenever I see one that I like. The last few years I've not made any Christmas cards because we're in a temporary living situation and I don't have my Christmas stamps with me. Hopefully that will change soon!

Janet L. said...

I have to admit that when I see a stamp that speaks to me, I buy it, no matter what month it is! I'll probably make about 10 cards for those that are closest to our family.

Janet S said...

I buy Christmas stamps whenever I see what I like but have to have them by Sept as I make 100 cards each year. 25 of them are always something nature oriented because they are for my husband who sends them to his hunting men friends!! The calender set looks great and I would love to win that. Thanks

This new Oval Calender Set is wonderful!! I love the borders and the pretty script for the months.

I purchase Christmas stamps whenever I see any that I like. I make about 30-35 Christmas cards plus Thank You cards for after Christmas.

I buy Christmas stamps whenever I see something I like, but I try to get a jump on making the cards -- September-ish beginning. I'm not sure how many I'm going to make this year. It depends on how early I start and how excited I get about it. I'm still thinking only about 30 or so.

Diane said...

I purchase my Christmas stamps all year long but I usually don't start making Christmas cards until October. I make a lot of cards and I don't like to make the same card over and over so I usually make at least 4 or 5 different designs. I make about 25 of each design for that year (so family members will get a different card). Can't wait to see what surprises you have in store for us for the holidays!

Our "summer"season is so short here, where I live, that I do not even like to start THINKING of Christmas until September, the earliest. I make a few, a dozen or less, cards, but they are very special and very detailed. I do alot of 3-D gift/favor type projects, though 60 or more! Thaks for the chance to win. Love this set, as usual!

I buy my Christmas stamps throughout the year - just whenever I find a stamp or stamps that I really like. But, procrastinator that I am, I don't actually make my cards until December. I usually make about 24 cards.

I like to buy my stamps after I see gallery ideas. I don't have space for anything I will not use often. I don't know how many cards and tags I will make . My plan to make a certain number of cards and tags always grows at the last minute. LOL I love the new calendar set The borders will be so versatile !!

I tend to buy Christmas stamps in the middle of summer, which gives me enough time to get my cards done by December (in theory)! I will probably make about 60 cards this year, and half of them are cut and prepped already ... just need to find time to put them together :)

I first want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for re-organizing the website by size of stamper!! This is absolutely great!!! So much easier to navigate and know what's what.

I tend to buy Christmas stamps once the fall sets in. Around where I live, we don't often see any in the stores until then, so I just don't think of it.

Wow, what a great idea to make calendar stamps! I usually buy my Christmas stamps in the Spring, and also whenever I run across any that really catch my eye. This is my first year to make cards, I am planning on making 10 for friends and family.

This will only be my second Christmas as a stamper, so I can't say with any certainty, but I'll probably be buying new Christmas stamps in October/November - unless I see some I MUST have sooner. I'll probably be making between 40 and 50 this year.

I'd like to say I will start this month, but . . . . I know that won't happen! I usually send out 30-40 cards, but, don't spend the same amount of time making each card. I put more time in to a few. I buy a stamp I like when I see it - have found out the hard way that I can't find it again when it comes time to make Christmas Cards! Just love your blog and all your ideas!

I usually purchase my Holiday stamps in July or August and begin the planning of the exact design I will replicate about 100 times. It is tedious, so I like to get started early and work in a assembly line fashion. I don't mean to sound that I don't enjoy it-LOL. I love making my hand stamped Holiday cards!

I buy Christmas stamps all year long, just as I do all stamps. If it appeals to me and the price is right, it ends up in my craft room! In the past, I've just made Christmas cards for friends & family (about 20), but since last year, I'm also doing some charity tags for gift baskets (a few hundred) and will start them this summer. I love the new sets I've seen so far from JustRite & can't wait for the release next week!

I usually get my Christmas card stamps in Sept. or Oct., and like to be done by Nov. (not that it happens). I generally mail out 45 or 50. It seems that after all the work of creating them, it's hard to find time to sit and write on each one!

I have no set time when I start buying Christmas stamps - if I see something during the year, I just pick it up. But most companies do seem to start releasing them late summer/early fall so I do pick up the purchase pace around then. And I do make a lot of Christmas cards - last year I think it was 96 when all was said and done. This year I am trying to do the SCS 10 Christmas cards a month!

Robyn said...

I don't purchase my Christmas stamps in any particular month. I just buy them whenever I see one that I like. I need to begin making the Christmas cards that I make at the very beginning of Fall because I don't have much free time for crafting and don't work very quickly. I only send handmade cards to people whom I know will really appreciate them.

Sandy said...

I usually have a Christmas in July card making party, so I get all my Christmas stamps before that. Lots of possibilities. Sandy

Like several people have said, I purchase mine all year long. I am looking for a particular image which strikes me. I usually buy 2-3 sets a year but it is not determined it is about what the image says to me! The number of cards varies. I have a small surviving family so only one or two but I also make them for craft fairs and other events so in the end it could be fifty or sixty of even a hundred depending on the fair!
