Planning an entire Wedding from your invitations to your table Centerpieces, place cards, menus, table numbers, favors and Thank You Cards is so easy using your JustRite Monogram Stampers. Here is the Table Centerpiece to coordinate with our Black and White Monogrammed Wedding Ensemble.
To create this Centerpiece, purchase a white rose candle ring from your local craft store and a white candle. Candles come in various heights so decide how tall you want your centerpiec to be first. We used a 9" tall candle.
Here Angela Barkhouse chose to use the small letter set to convey a segment of the exact wedding sentiment that the bride and groom were using for their wedding theme " the one I laugh with, live for, dream with" and then finished the verse inside the circle "LOVE" using the Culz font. To add some bling to the design she added rhinestones from Kaiser Crafts.
Do you love the little flourishes under the word Love.....you might be wondering where these came from... maybe a future introduction from JustRite??? Yes we will be introducing 24 new items at CHA in July!! Of course these are all top secret...but a little sneak peek here and there might be fun - at least we think so. So keep reading the blog and watching.
To add depth to the design, she cut the image out with the circle nestabilites from Spellbinders and dry embossed the image. Using a Krylon Silver Leafing pen she edged the die cut to add further depth to the design. Then she cut a slightly larger circle from that Gorgeous Black and White Damask Paper from Theresa Collins. To make the candle wrap use your Stampin' Up Corner Rounder to make a scalloped edge on the top edge of the black mat, if you haven't tried this yet see Debbie Olson's tuturial.
Next Angela used the D'vine Swirls A2 Cuttlebug Embossing Folder to dry emboss the black mat. The black band is 2 1/2" wide. For the 2" wide white band she used a tonic border punch to create the Fleur de Li design and then dry embossed it with the Swiss Dots A2 Embossing Folder. As you can see it added lots of texture and depth.
To finish the centerpiece Angela selected some small black flowers to add into the white rose candle ring which she added into the floral ring using a glue gun. A special thanks to Angela for helping me with all the large wedding ensembles I designed for the Stationery Show.
Please come back the rest of the week to see more of our Black and White wedding ensemble.
