Desk Top Stationery Box

Welcome to day two with Lauren Meader. Today Lauren has created a great desk top set that would make a wonderful holiday gift for a teacher, friend or co-worker. She has also provided some great inspiration for those of you participating in the Stampin' Champion Contest.

Well yesterday I was able to share my own personalized gift set. Today I decided it would be nice to create a desk top set for a family. Many times around the holidays, we may look for a family gift item to give away. Maybe even a nice gift for our family physician or other care professional, such as a teacher. With many people on our gift giving list, this is an affordable option, and is sure to not only be a hit, but one you will want to make for everyone, any time of year!

I created this super fun gift box, that is pretty enough to sit on the desk. Why make something people will need to put away. Keep this notecards handy and out for everyone to see. The note cards tie right in, all nice and pretty! Just untie and you can remove the set of personalized note cards. It is a great way to present this gift set.

I used the Special Occasions set for the last initial if our name. I then used the small letter set to spell out our last name. The "from the desk of" was the perfect border for our gift set. I then colored the floral image with my markers and stamped in into the middle of the monogram.

This note card is designed for the receiver to just jot down whatever little message they like in that white square. Then they can send them off. By doing just a single layer notecard, you are able to create even more in the set to give away. So this upcoming holiday season, get creative with some personalized stationary set for any one on your list.

Lauren,
I love this set! The colors are beautiful! And your extra touch in the center of your monograms is always a great addition!! What are the dimensions of the notes? And if there is a tutorial on the box, I'd love to see it. Thanks for the inspiration.
