Just for Me-Lauren Stationary

Welcome to day one with Lauren Meader. We love how Lauren has focused on one of the very best JustRite qualities....personalization. JustRite Stampers allows you to create customized and personalized stationary for anyone in your life...including yourself! Enjoy today's post and make sure you leave Lauren a comment.

I am so over the moon to be able to share my first project here. I wrote a post on my blog a while back, that as a child my name was very uncommon.Uncommon in the sense that you could not find it pre-printed on all the fun things we love to have as kids.I never got to have anything with my name on it. No license plate for my bicycle, no name on my door, no pens or magnets, and certainly no stationary-nothing.

As I have grown my name is much more common and can be found on many things, but I still don't have any of them. When I was asked to be a Guest Designer for JustRite Stampers I was so excited, since I have loved the entire concept of this line since I first saw it. When deciding what to create I chose to finally indulge my need for things with my own name on it! Something I would keep for myself!

My color scheme came from a set of notecards, memo pads and other $1 yummies from the Target $ spot! For a mere $4.00 and some change I was able to create an entire gift set (for myself! LOL!) that would cost far more if purchased in a specialty Shoppe.

I decorated a pink tin to hold all my goodies
a covered a notebook, with a pen
memo pad cover
and a set of 5 monogrammed notecards with a holder!

Now since my inspiration came from the notecards, I kept with the polka dot theme, and of course the colors.

I used the small letters set to spell out my name, around the stamper. This item in particular is a MUST have! The more you use the little letters, the easier it all becomes.

After my name was in place, I then chose to put my first initial in the center. I really wanted a pop of pink, so I decided to stamp the daisy from Floral Frenzy, in the center of all my name pieces. I love that added touch.

For the polka dots I didn't want to go overkill with all the color, so I stamped the open line dots from Polka Dot Basics and then punched out 1/4 circles in the coordinating colors, and randomly glued them into place! I kept with the theme for the entire collection. I was so happy with how it turned out. Now I have that personalized gift set I always dreamed of having.

What I really love with JustRite Stampers is that now, no matter what the person's name, or initials, you can custom create a fabulous gift, for a small fraction of the cost a custom made one would be. As unusual names become more common, this is the perfect solution!

Thank you for reading! I hope this inspires you to create a gift for that special someone, or even yourself!

Super cute Lauren! I had the same problem as a kid, except my name was popular just not the way I spelled it.

I love the polka dots & colors you used. This set looks so expensive. Love it!

Oh Lauren - I just love it! OMgoodness, how beautiful and fun too!
I just wanted to add that I love how you used the hypen and asterik as a 'spacer' between the names. Very cool. Oh, and the flower in the middle.... brilliant!
Great job!

Hi Lauren, I love this stationary set, I can't wait to copy you! LOL
I recognized the little celophane gusset bag we used in class on Sat. I loved your idea on placing paper inside both of the gussets. You are really incredible! I told you I had already pre-ordered the new JustRite Stampers, but after your class on Sat. I had to buy one. I can't wait to try it! You know how stampers are, we have to have it NOW! Thanks for your great inspiration! Jeanne C.

Your stationEry is just adorable! Any tips, tricks, suggestions on how to align the small letters so that they are evenly spaced and centered on the outer circle?
